This is the first forum I've ever really done anything with so I hope you'll forgive my awkwardness. I enjoy creepypasta, but I don't write them. I personally prefer to draw my cynicism of the world rather than write it. Yup.

Hello fellow intrepid MM listeners, I discovered the podcast about four months ago. Working a third shift job as a custodian at a local college, I've been able to binge listen quite easy.
Besides cleaning up after students, professors, and office workers I also dabble in photography, and have been doing work in indie films for about six years now.
Really excited to share my love of all things creepy with the rest of you.

Hello intrepid posters. I go by many names, but my birth-name is Ethan. I've also gone by aliases such as Stranger and Algiz along with myriad, silly throwaways. My experience with forums is limited to only one other site, an occult forum where we all tend to take ourselves too seriously. If I'm a little too formal, that would be why.
I tend to lean heavily towards classic horror literature as opposed to creepypasta, but that's not to say I don't enjoy my fair share of it. My favorite conventional authors include the horror-titans like Lovecraft, Poe, Blackwood, and Chambers as well as more philosophical writers like Camus (that's where my username comes from), Dostoevsky, and Sartre. While I didn't include Crowley in the list, he was the writer of my (so far) favorite horror story, "The Testament of Magdalen Blair." My other favorites include "No. 252 Rue M. le Prince" by Ralph Adam Cram, "The House and the Brain" by Sir Edward Bulwer Lytton, and "The Wendigo" by Algernon Blackwood. I could list great literature for hours on end, so if anyone needs recommendations, I'm sure I could give them many. When it comes to creepypasta however, I don't really have any recommendations. I have yet to read one that blew me away, and I've read a fair few. If any of you have recommendations, I'd be thankful for a good scare.
I myself am a writer. I've written a lot over the years, but I find that ninety-nine percent of what I write is complete trash I and discard it. What little I've published has gone only onto obscure places, so I'm sure my name means nothing around here.
And if anyone is wondering, my profile picture is the Fool card from Crowley's Thoth tarot deck.

Good to meet you everyone, you may refer to me as Psycho, Psychotic, Pastanarian, or whatever you wish really, I am an avid fan of MM and have been for little over a year, I enjoy creepypasta's and in general anything to get the fear pumping, I will enjoy looking into the site and reading some of the pasta you have all made, thank you all for keeping my passion for fear alive.
