My name is Skill Flea and I am a new moderator for this forum. I wanted to start a thread so that new members could have a place to introduce themselves, get to know each other, and share what kind of person they really are. Seriously, get crazy and talk to each other - everyone here loves creepypasta and is a fan of MM, so why not socialize on this forum? Oh and DO NOT BE AFRAID TO START NEW THREADS! WE ENCOURAGE IT! Good evening folks! I am a fan and aspiring author of creepypasta. I became a fan of MM through Slimebeast's podcast "Jump Scared", that is where I first heard both David and Palette. It it their work that has inspired me to create my own content. My YouTube channel is dedicated for both stories that are horrifying and stories that are horrifying to read. My first video was about whether or not the famous creepypasta "1999" plagiarized off the YouTube persona Alantutorial. In addition to this, I've written three creepypastas so far (Missing the Mark, It's Mreley Yuor Prespcetvie, and Trivial) and I've recorded myself narrating over some of my own stories. Finally, I'm going to start something along the lines of a "Scar Your Friends" podcast (name pending). Where I take some of my friends IRL who have never even heard of creepypasta before, force them to read some really fucked up shit, and record their reactions! For those of you who have heard of the podcast "Undercooked Analysis", its kind of like that but with a funny twist at the end. I'm here for the fans of Midnight Marinara and I think we can make this forum into something interesting. I look forward to seeing how creative this community can be! I am OrionM, the creater of this forum. I created this forum after asking Mr. King if he wouldnt mind. I felt us listeners should a good place to gather instead of being spread out.
I have been in an out of reading creepy pastas, enjoying some hating other. I stumbled onto Midnight Marinara looking for a podcast that dealt with it. Then i discovered my favorite segment, Undercooked Analysis. I enjoy not only listening to the story but hearing what makes it great or terrible. Of course the discovery of the 1999/Alantutorial scandal.
I am not a big writter of creepypasta, yet i have many idea that couls work.

Hey I'm ParmaJon and I don't know why I'm here. Skill Flea said this was a cool place so I signed up. I haven't read much creepypasta but I am a big fan of short horror stories. I'm a big fan of Lovecraftian horror despite his writing being dry. Otherwise I really like nosleep. I do plan on writing short horror in the future but I'll get to that eventually.

Welcome, creepy pasta are essentially scary stories. Like anything there are good ones and terrible ones and the rest are inbetween.

I've mostly enjoyed what I've read, between "normal porn", "whimsywood" and "who was phone". Is it ok if I post something from nosleep considering it is in the same vein or is this exclusively creepypasta stuff?

Hey Parm. Glad to see you made it. If you want to get more creepypasta knowledge then you can watch plenty of videos on this forum. The main ones here are by Midnight Marinara, a radio drama that airs on youtube. There's also Undercooked Analysis which is on the same channel and is a more laid back kind of creepypasta experience.
And if you want to watch really shitty, first impressions, kind of videos; you can check out my upstart creepypasta podcast "Scare Your Friends" which is listed in these forums.

Good evening, intrepid users. Yep. You guys know me as David King. I'm the guy in charge of the whole operation (not this one though - this one is all Orion and Flea, so by fans, for fans), being the proprietor of Midnight Marinara. I might not be terribly active, as I'm pretty busy most of the time, but I'm flattered to see that this exists and will float through on occasion to chat with y'all. I'm genuinely humbled that this exists, and it's great seeing my baby grow up enough that a fan forum now exists of it. You guys rock! Keep an eye out for Kaela as well! We have to get Slimebeast to write a Dead-Marinara fanfic. It's weird, it will probably make us all feel dirty and uncomfortable, but its one of those things that you know has to happen at some point! If Kaela supports it, then I say we ALL support it! Also, name ideas? I am a personal believer in "David's Salty Palette" or "Deadly No Pants Dance Bone" but do you guys think ..... Christ ..... I feel dirty and need a drink....  |
