I always have to ask people if they have played Earthbound whenever they bring up Undertale. So have you played Earthbound? I'm gonna start playing that soon as well, and for me personally I played a little bit of Earthbound and enjoyed it, but I get bored with turn based rpg's fairly quickly. The atmosphere and feel of the game was a big appeal so seeing a game like it was awesome. However, the real draw of the game for me was that I like bullet hells and mixing that with an rpg is a really unique and appealing idea to me. Even before it got a lot of hype I became interested due to its mixing of the two genres. |

I want to play Earthbound. I'm not a massive RPG player but my recommendations are:
My most recent one: Child of Light
My nostalgic one: Paper Mario and Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door.

I love Earthbound, but it is probably more for the atmosphere and the humor, even if the gameplay isnt horrible or anything. Ive played a bit of Undertale, got stuck at Metatrons fabulous form. Flea: All great games. I know it is an unpopular opinion, but I really love Super Paper Mario. It just... works for me. Sticker Star is shit though. |

I am huge fan of Mario RPG the legend of the seven stars. Took me over 10 years to beat. Earthbound I have never played but I know of it.

Wow on my 8th viewing of Senpai Notice Me and I just noticed she stabbed David before she electrocutes you... Wow. That explains why our gracious Shade comes from.
