Reading a Letter from Vincent Vena Cava's Lawyers

Slimebeast did kinda dox Cava, or "Compromised his nom de plume" as the letter puts it, but as I remember it he just put looked up some public information about the creepy pasta trademark, drew some conclusions and made a video about the possibility of Cava being the guy who trademarked Creepy Pasta, but I can understand why Cava would be pissed about that, Im not saying he is wrong or right to, Im just saying that I can understand why.

That said, VVC is getting ridiculous.

1. He shouldnt own the name Creepy Pasta, as little as Stephen King should own the word Horror, Louis CK should own the name Stand-up Comedy or Stan Lee should own the name Super Heroes.
2. His entire "I am the guardian of creepy pasta" shtick. Sadly people are falling for it. It is just damage control, nothing else.
3. The false flagging of Slimebeasts channel.
4. This letter, oh by my thousand names this letter. Im not even sure where to begin. The obvious catch 22, why VVC would have a legal team if he is not going to enforce his trademark, the glaring possibility of it being fake (Im not sure if that is better or worse than him having a legal team and being an obvious hypocrite), the threat to silence Slimebeast, even if I am pretty sure most of this thing goes under free speech...

I just dont know. This is so sketchy. Slimy did make a mistake with semi-doxing him, but this is about as ridiculous as everything else Slimebeast has to deal with, and this time it actually affects us, yay.
