I agree with your friends, I'm not a fan of dead bart, or for that matter lost episodes in general. To me the lack of narrators doing anything in lost episodes is kinda bleh.

Yeah, its not a great story but its popular. So when I judge something like this, I try to see why its popular and try to understand it. My friends are not involved in the creepypasta community outside of my show and therefore don't have the same M.O. that I have. But that's the point of the show and why I believe its unique. At points we will openly call each other out and yell at each other. We're also friends so it never escalates past debates.

I as well have no base in the creepy pasta community up until recently. I guess i only have nostalgia for my first nosleep.

the lost episodes genre needs a proper reboot. and while dead Bart isn't the best, it does have a more down to earth feel versus Squidward suicide (Squidward suicide, squidward suicide squidward suicide). where dead bart fails is the initial delivery. how he got a website that crash his computer but he managed to save a disc with the episode file??? yet we cant watch it? or how he approached the creator? those are my issues
